Shipping & Returns

Order preparation

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 working days.

During collection launches or periods of high activity, this lead time may exceptionally be extended.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided when validating your order.

Delivery is available in France as well as in several European Union countries.

Available delivery methods and their rates are shown when you validate your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information for your parcel, where available.

Delivery delays or incidents

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are the carrier's responsibility.

In the event of a delay, loss or delivery anomaly, Foli will assist you in your dealings with the carrier to find the most appropriate solution.

Returns

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Before any return, please contact Foli by e-mail to obtain the return instructions.

Returned items must be:

• unworn;
• unwashed;
• in their original condition;
• accompanied by any accessories.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an order preparation error or a defective product.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the order.

Items returned incomplete, worn, washed, damaged or not meeting the return conditions cannot be refunded.

A unique piece

Foli pieces are made from carefully selected vintage, second-hand or deadstock textiles.

Slight variations in shade, texture or finish may be present. They reflect the history of the materials used and contribute to the unique character of each piece. They do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
