These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Foli Paris website.

2. Products

The pieces offered for sale are handcrafted in Paris from second-hand, vintage or deadstock textiles.

Each piece is made with the greatest care and is, unless stated otherwise, a one-of-a-kind item.

Photographs and descriptions are produced as faithfully as possible. Slight colour differences may nevertheless appear depending on your screen settings.

Stated dimensions may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces.

Textile composition is indicated only when it can be identified with certainty. When the exact composition of a fabric cannot be guaranteed, it is deliberately not mentioned in order to provide transparent information.

Vintage textiles may show slight singularities (variations in shade, irregularities in texture or discreet marks of time). These particularities reflect their history and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Because of their handcrafted nature and the use of second-hand textiles, each piece is unique and cannot be reproduced identically.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, in accordance with the applicable French VAT exemption scheme.

Shipping costs are shown before the final validation of the order.

Foli reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

The order is considered final once payment has been validated.

Products remain the property of Foli until the order has been paid in full.

Should a piece exceptionally become unavailable after the order has been validated, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery

Pieces are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery methods, estimated lead times, shipping costs, countries served and return information are detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page available on the website.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, Foli cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents attributable to the carrier. In the event of a delivery issue, Foli will nevertheless assist the customer in their dealings with the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with any accessories included.

To exercise this right, the customer is invited to contact Foli by e-mail before sending anything back.

8. Returns and refunds

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by Foli.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the order.

Products returned incomplete, worn, washed or damaged cannot be refunded.

9. Liability

Foli takes the greatest care in making each of its pieces.

Each piece comes with care instructions. In order to preserve the quality of the vintage or recycled textiles used, following these instructions is recommended. Any deterioration resulting from improper care cannot engage Foli's liability.

Foli cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product, failure to follow the care instructions, or damage resulting from an external cause.

The pieces benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided for under French law.

10. Personal data

The information collected is used solely to process orders and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Disputes

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may also refer the matter free of charge to a competent consumer mediator.

12. Made-to-order products

Some products offered on the website are made to order, at the customer's request, in particular according to personalised criteria such as size, colours or finishes.

These products require a production time of up to 30 days before shipping.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Consequently, these products cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity.

Delivery times are added to the production time and depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
